Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and delivery locations.

Customers placing COD orders agree to accept and pay for the order when it is delivered.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship orders within India.

A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders.

Orders are shipped through our logistics partner, Shiprocket, and may be delivered through its associated courier partners.

Orders are generally delivered within 5–10 days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote locations, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed.

Customers are requested to carefully review their order, shipping address, contact details, and product selection before completing the purchase.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take reasonable care to pack products securely.

If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, tampered with, or contains an incorrect or damaged product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

A continuous parcel-opening/unboxing video is compulsory for damage-related claims.

The video should clearly show the condition of the package before and during opening.

Claims submitted after 24 hours or without the required unboxing video may not be accepted.

Where a claim is approved, Unfatty may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution in accordance with our applicable policies.

12. Returns and Replacements

Returns and replacements are subject to the nature of the product and applicable law.

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, opened or used Ayurvedic products may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable law.
